WIM-Africa 2025-2030 Action Plan
The WiM-Africa Action Plan (2025–2030) is a bold, strategic blueprint designed to guide all institutional activities, partnerships, and impact goals across our 24+ active countries over a five-year period. It sets a clear roadmap for transforming Africa’s mining sector into a space where women thrive as leaders, entrepreneurs, technical experts, and change agents.
Rooted in our mission to advance gender equity, sustainable development, and inclusive growth, this Action Plan positions WiM-Africa as a continental leader in reimagining Africa’s resource future—where women are not left behind, but are at the frontlines of innovation and leadership.
